Golfers will find one of Germany’s oldest and most beautiful golf courses here at the “Denzerheide” – a real golf course for champions.
In 1928 the English golf course designer Major Gg. Fahrtenholtz, together with the German Society of Golf Course Designers, created an 18-hole golf paradise on an area of 200 acres on the southern slopes of the Westerwald, between the Rhine and the Lahn rivers. During your round beautiful views at the Rhenish low mountain ranges , Hunsrück, Eifel, and Westerwald, open up to you. The course , which isflanked by old trees, is spaciously fitted into the landscape. In sports the golf course enjoys an excellent reputation.
The golf course “Denzerheide” is a real course for champions. It has been the venue for important national championships for more than 50 years. Thus the “Mittelrheinische Golfclub Bad Ems e.V.” is the place where competitions of the First Division of the German golf association are held regularly. Every two years the “German Team Championship” is decided here. The course is very well-known for its fast greens and demanding – but always consisting – fairways, as well as its old-tree coverage. The slope of about 130 means that precision and fitness are necessary for male and female players alike. An excellent restaurant and a small cosy hotel provide further welcome facilities in this golf resort.
Greenfee-reduction exclusively for visitors of the health resort:

These prices per round are only for holders of a valid cure ticket of the “Staatsbad Bad Ems” and who are members of a recognized golf club and can show a registered handicap.
